Your order will be shipped in a cooler with dry ice to ensure the meat arrives frozen.
Coolers are shipped on the next Monday or Tuesday after an order is placed. You will receive an email with tracking information once shipped.
Upon receiving your package, place meat either right in the freezer or start thawing in the refrigerator to enjoy sooner!
Note: Normal product weight variation on primal & sub-primal muscle cuts is +/- 10% (i.e. hams, steaks, roasts, loins, ribs, etc.)
